Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A: We strive to get our products to you ASAP. Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and shipping times vary depending on your location. Please see our Shipping Policy for more information.

Q: Can I cancel or modify my order after it's been placed?

A: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified because we begin processing as soon as we receive the order. We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible, so once we receive your order, we start processing it right away. Regrettably, this means we cannot make changes to your order, including modifying an address or cancellations, once it’s been placed.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We aim for exceptional customer satisfaction. If there's a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your package. Please see our Return Policy for more information.

Q: Can I request a custom design?

A: Absolutely! We love creating custom designs for our customers. If you’d like us to create a tumbler with a custom design not on our website, please contact us using Contact Us If you’d like to request! 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

Q: Are your products microwave and dishwasher-safe?

A: Yes it is microwave safe, but our tumblers, however, we recommend hand-washing to prolong the life of the design.
